I was up late last night when the highly anticipated release of Alex Jeffreys latest ebook named Newbies Nightmare occurred. Believe me, all I wanted to do was to go to bed as I was so stinking tired.
But I knew this ebook was coming out and I wanted to read it as soon as I could. The Newbies Nightmare is a short 45 page ebook so I started reading it even though I could barely stay awake. I basically read the whole ebook with one eye closed but I couldn’t stop reading it until I finished. Yes it’s that good.

Hopefully this will be my last post using this theme. Not that I don’t like this theme it’s just that I’ve grown tired of it and I think it’s time for a change. This theme was actually a little hard to maintain. Some things just didn’t work right and I had to do too much coding to correct them. Hopefully I can spend less time coding and more time posting as this new theme is much easier to maintain. I’ve been pondering changing it for some time now but there just never seems to be enough time in the day.

For the longest time I kept hearing about JV Giveaways and how great they were to help build your list. I had joined many as a member and downloaded plenty of great free products but I never really considered joining as a gift contributor (JV Partner).
I had the product and the squeeze page already and was using them to build my list but it was at a snails pace. So what was holding me back from becoming a JV Partner.

I am noticing more and more the use of automation to gain Twitter followers. People that have 20 to 30 thousand followers and still growing by leaps and bounds. I thought the whole point of Twitter was to find a group of people, or followers as Twitter calls them, that you wanted to interact with. If you are using one of these tools you need to be careful as you will assuredly attract some undesirables.

Most online entrepreneurs believe that a website is all that is required to succeed. It’s true that a website gives you an identity on the Internet, makes you approachable to your potential clients, and eventually, becomes a source of income. However, there’s a multitude of sites on the Internet, and the probability of your website getting lost in this jumble is quite high. This is where list building becomes obligatory.

Studies reveal that almost 90% of the visitors to any squeeze page are merely curious onlookers. They neither have any interest in your subscription nor do they have any intention to buy your products. They are basically casual browsers, who have reached your site searching for something else. No matter what the studies say, I believe that every visitor to a squeeze page is a potential subscriber. You just need to work a little harder to convert these bystanders into your patrons.

Are you spending all your time watching videos instead of implementing the things that you learned how to do in the last video? If you fall into this category don’t feel bad, you are not alone. Video has taken the Internet by storm in the last couple years and there’s no sign of it letting up anytime soon. In fact, I’m sure it’s going to get much bigger in the years to come.
But beware, watching videos can be addicting. There are so many out there on sites like Youtube, Viddler, and Revver. You’ll also find them on blogs, links to them in your emails from marketers trying to sell you their products, and in membership sites.
