		<description>Great tips.  Checking your messages on yourself is great advice.  I&#039;m often surprised by the errors and problems with some of the list mailings I receive.  It&#039;s clear that the sender didn&#039;t bother to even look at them before sending, which doesn&#039;t send the best message.</description>
